(M.V. ACCRA British Motor passenger ship, was torpedoed in the Atlantic Ocean. Edgar was a Passenger and member of the Local Defence Corps. Edgar’s Grandfather was John Wareham of Warburton, Cheshire. It also seems Edgar served in WW1 but yet to find evidence)
